YOUR VISIT
Medical-Legal Evaluations are lengthy and complex and require further data gathering, which include a Medical History, Physical Examination and X-rays. Please allow 2-4 hours for your appointment.
OFFICE POLICIES
- It is best if you avoid bringing children to our office, as they may become disruptive and disturbing to others.
- Cell phones are also disruptive. Please refrain from using cell phones in the waiting area or exam rooms.
- Privacy is extremely important to us, please keep your case and condition private.
- Only the claimant is allowed in the examining room (with the exception of an interpreter.)
- Interpreters please be sure to bring your Certification ID Card.
PARKING ENCINO
The parking entrance to the underground garage is located on Ventura Blvd. The maximum parking rate is $22.57 max, Credit Cards & Cash Accepted. We do not validate.
